Perfectly clean hotel, very friendly staff in the Lounge and at the bell desk. Location - very pretty and incredible right by the restaurant as well as eateries. Again, walking distance to Old Government House...

The staff in the Lounge and at the bell desk were outstandingly accommodating and super friendly. The room was huge and had a fabulous view of the lake. The location of the hotel is marvelous and beautiful, perfect for visiting Old Government House. There is a lobby bar on the property.

We were in a great and very pretty location near to nice walking trails and the very large Odell Park.

Compact rooms that are squeaky clean and offer a beautiful view 😊.

I will recommend this property to my friends. The room is brand-new and has a functional standard decor. The staff in the Lounge and at the bell desk are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, close to the park, the huge 24-hour Diplomat restaurant, and the Delta Fredericton.

The room was spacious, compact, and had an absolutely gorgeous view of town. It had an amazing location and exceptionally nice staff at the bell desk. The outdoor restaurant and nice bar were lovely. The breakfast was delicious and great. The check-in was quick. The room was big, cozy, and offered a breathtaking view of the town. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location and the bell desk staff were really friendly. We enjoyed dining at the outdoor restaurant and the bar was great too. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying. We were able to check in quickly and easily.

Location

The construction noise early in the morning was terrible! I emailed the hotel to let them know of my late check in. It would have been courteous of the hotel staff to let me know about the construction in their reply. The importance of a quiet room was stressed at check in, and it was still terribly loud. This was very upsetting.

Great location close to the river and to downtown Fredericton...

The noise from construction/repairs at 9 am friday morning (which means 8 am when coming from Quebec or Ontario...)

The atmosphere here is quiet, the room is modern with a kettle and a safe box, and the service is excellent with great attention to detail.
